In the said item deserving, ‘Neither a Tribalist neither a Hater,’ you recklessly suspected, as follows:
‘I was not a tribalist when I had a long standing and intimate connection with overlook Bianca Onoh…’, a statement, which you understand is untrue and unfounded, but only calculated to lower our client’s esteem and impairment her nationwide and international status.
Our purchaser has never met you, does not know you in individual and has not ever had any authorized or personal relationship with you how much more ‘a long-standing and intimate connection.
Our purchaser is therefore, outraged by your bizarre and scandalous allegation and the numerous mails and phone calls she has obtained from friends, relatives and admirers who are identically humilitated and who request to confirm the veracity or otherwise of your untrue and reckless publication.
Your clear-cut lame and half-hearted try, as released in the Leadership bulletin of 17th August 2013, to clarify your untrue and malicious allegation falls far short of a retraction and does not sufficiently address the damage to our client originating from the widespread dissemination of your false publication and is therefore improper to our purchaser.
In the attenuating factors, we demand, on the instruction of our purchaser that you submit to her a clear and unqualified apology and retraction released in The Sun and Thisday bulletins in addition to having the retraction released online.
Take note that should you go wrong to tender the apology and release a retraction of your false and malicious publication, seven days next after your receipt of this demand observe, our farther directions are to request appropriate redress in court. And that will be without further recourse to you. Be properly guided.”
