Aluu 4 update: Four suspects granted bail this today

A high court squatted in dock Harcourt this morning October 17th allocated bail to four out of the twelve persons opposite test in the murder case of the four Uniport scholars. The four are: Omoikiri Aluu monarch: Alhaji Welewa, Okoghiroh Endurance, Ozioma Abajuo and Chigozie Evans Samuel.
Presiding referee, fairness Letan Nyordee granted them bail on surrounds that their offense is not a capital infringement and is bailable. They were granted bail to the melody of N2 million with two sureties and the court inquired the sureties to submit their passports. The sureties mus furthermore have landed property in dock Harcourt and should display means of livelihood and clues of paying tax for two years. The other eight supposes were refused bail due to the killing allegations against them.

The court also accepted the photographs negatives and the Youtube CD of the occurrence tendered as displays in the issue.
