A 26-year-old unseeing man, Shaibu Ibrahim, on Tuesday pulled Mr Shehu Sarki, another unseeing man to a degree 1 locality Court, Aso Pada, Mararaba, Nasarawa State.
Shaibu Ibrahim accused Mr Sarki, 32, who is his friend and the chairman of the unseeing peoples’ association in the area, of enticing his new wife, 23-year-old Lami Ibrahim.
The offence is said to have disobeyed part 389 of the Penal cipher, and if convicted, the accused, Sarki could spend as much as two years in jail.
When the ascribe was read to him, Sarki pleaded not at fault.
